Agreement to these terms

By installing, accessing, or using the GroupBlaster Chrome extension or website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

GroupBlaster helps you compose and publish posts to Facebook groups you belong to, with pacing and human-in-the-loop controls. The free tier is limited to 5 campaigns and 10 posts per month in fill-only mode; paid plans unlock higher limits, additional publish modes, and scheduling.

You remain in control of every post: the Service never bypasses a confirmation you have chosen to require.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping those credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Facebook's terms, the rules of each group you post to, and applicable law.

You must not: spam groups or attempt to bypass the Service's minimum delays between posts; publish unlawful, infringing, or hateful content; reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service; or use it to impersonate or harass others.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for the groups you choose to post to.

No affiliation with Facebook or Meta

GroupBlaster is an independent tool. It is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners. Any use of those trademarks is descriptive only.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are sold and processed through Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — you can cancel at any time in the Polar customer portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase.

Plan changes are made through the customer portal; we do not issue manual prorations outside it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create in GroupBlaster. You grant us only the limited license needed to store that content and transmit it to the groups you select, solely to operate the Service.

Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and trademarks — belongs to Marbelona and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Facebook changes its interface and policies frequently; the Service may break, be interrupted, or stop working as a result.

You are responsible for how you use the Service, including the risk that Facebook restricts or removes your account based on your posting behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or account restrictions arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — or nothing, if you are on the free tier.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability, and intellectual property) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
