Refund Policy

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and we offer full refunds within 14 days of any charge. This page says exactly how both work.

7-day free trial

Monthly and annual plans both begin with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial from the Polar customer portal and you will not be charged. The free tier needs no credit card and never expires, so you can keep using GroupBlaster on the free plan after a trial.

Refunds within 14 days

If a charge is not what you expected, email i@marbelona.com within 14 days of the payment with the subject line “Refund request” and we will refund it in full — no forms, no questions.

This applies to any charge on a monthly or annual plan, including the first payment after a free trial. For later charges, cancelling (below) is usually the faster path.

How to cancel

Open the extension → Settings → Manage billing. That opens the Polar customer portal, where you can cancel in one click. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Polar. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Subscription changes and failed payments

Upgrades, downgrades, card updates, and invoice history are handled in the same Polar portal — no email required. If a payment fails, Polar retries it; cancel any time before the retry succeeds and you will not be charged.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law where you live — for example, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital services in the EU and UK. Those rights apply in addition to the promises above.
